Dr. Shelby Harris has written the Woman’s Guide to Overcoming Insomnia and I learned a lot about how Cognitive Behavioral therapy is applied to this specific problem. August 6, 2019I listened to a few episodes, good job! this episode in particular interested me because im a long term insomniac. was a good insight but heard most of the stuff people with sleeping problems already know. What would be great to tackle is how to make you believe its all an obsession because that’s our biggest challenge. I had no problem writing my emotions about sleep but believing what’s written was a real problem.
